Step 1: Request a franchise packet online
To start, visit our website franchising.heavensbest.com, then request a free franchise Packet. Once you have received your packet, schedule an appointment with our sales team to learn firsthand the benefits of our franchise opportunity.

Step 2: Determine what location you would like to own
At Heaven’s Best we only sell exclusive territories. There are many great areas still available! Our royalty fee is $300 per month and one of the lowest in the nation. Your exclusive territory can be made up of a population of up to 200,000 people.
Step 3: Submit an Application & Confirm Financing options
Once you have decided on a territory you would like to own, you will need to submit an application. Our sales team will provide you with different options for financing your franchise fee if needed.
Step 4: Complete Contract & Schedule Training Date
After your application has been approved you will be provided the contract terms to finalize your franchise purchase. At this time we will also schedule your training. Our training is held monthly and is located in Rexburg, Idaho at our corporate office. Your hotel accommodations and 5-day training is included in the franchise fee. Training will include the following:
- Use of all Heaven’s Best Cleaning Products
- Our Low-Moisture Carpet Cleaning process, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and hardwood floor surface cleaning
- Review Marketing Manual
- Setup website and CRM program use
- Review bookkeeping and other managerial aspects of the franchise
Step 5: Set up Business License, Bank account, etc.
- Establish a Business phone number
- Establish a business address
- Open a Business Checking Account
- Apply for a Business license
- Get liability insurance
- Purchase a white new or used cargo van and schedule the Heaven’s Best van wrap installation.
Step 6: Grand Opening
Now that you have attended training you are ready to open for business and make your dream a reality! You will have access to our marketing team to assist with recommendations for advertising in your area. You will also have ongoing support for technical cleaning questions, and assistance with all facets of the business. We are here with you every step of the way!
